Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://ajjstowingservice.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, AJJS Towing Service markets and arranges Flatbed Towing, Jump Starts, Tire Changes, Motorcycle Towing, RV Towing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.

Forbidden Use. Do not (i) break any law via the Site; (ii) interfere with operations; (iii) scrape or copy content; (iv) transmit harmful code; or (v) misrepresent yourself.

Ownership. AJJS Towing Service (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. AJJS Towing Service reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AJJS Towing Service makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, AJJS Towing Service's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold AJJS Towing Service harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under TX law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in TX for any related dispute.

Term Changes. AJJS Towing Service may modify these Terms at any time. Updates take effect upon posting on this Site, and continued use is deemed acceptance.
